ONEUS is a boy group formed by RBW (Rainbow Bridge World). The six-member group composed of Ravn, Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee,  Hwanwoong, and Xion made their official debut on January 9, 2019 with the release of their debut extended play (EP), Light Us.

2017 to 2018: Pre-debut

Members Seoho, Hwanwoong, and Keonhee were first introduced to the public as three of the male trainees set to represent RBW on the second season of Produce 101 in 2017. However, they were eliminated quite early on at 94th place, 42nd place, and 33rd place, respectively. Following his appearance on Produce 101, Seoho, together with Ravn, joined another survival show in the second half of the year – Mix Nine, produced by YG Entertainment. Ravn finished in the 27th place, while Seoho was booted out in 19th place. Their fellow trainee, Leedo, also joined the program but did not pass the first audition.

In November 2017, RBW introduced a debut project called “RBW Trainee Real Life — We Will Debut” with the goal of launching their boy groups. Keonhee and Hwanwoong, along with seven other trainees (three boys and four girls) participated in the first chapter of the project. The trainees’ main task in the project was to invite 100 people to be part of their audience in the evaluation stage held at RBW Art Center, for which a tot al of 1,400 people came.

The project, which aired on Olleh TV and Naver’s V-Live, showed the daily lives of the trainees, including their monthly training, evaluations, and performances.

In December 2017, Keonhee and Hwanwoong took part in the second chapter of the project called “Special Party” alongside their labelmates, MAS.

In early 2018, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, Ravn, Seoho, and Xion were introduced as the pre-debut team, RBW BOYZ. In April of the same year, the group introduced their new member, Leedo. They were confirmed to debut as ONEUS in June 2018 and on September 27, they released their first official single as a group with their labelmates, ONEWE (formerly MAS), titled “Last Song”.

ONEUS made their official debut on January 9, 2019 with the release of their first EP, Light Us, featuring the title track “Valkyrie” along with six other tracks. They held their debut showcase at the Yes24 Live Hall on the same day.
